Since 2014 the Department of Applied and Computational Mathematics (A&CM) Sumy State University (SSU) offers Master’s degree programmer of the qualification "Applied programmer".

In June 2014 there was initial accreditation of the specialty "Applied Mathematics" by educational-qualificational level (EQL) Master.

Accreditation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine worked at the Department of Applied and Computational Mathematics, Faculty of Electronics and Informational Technologies SSU from 11 till 13 June and decided to accredit 30 places of "Applied Mathematics” specialty 8.04030101 by EQL Master (IV level of accreditation). It is expected that 22 places will be on the stable financed form of education. On June 25, the decision of Examination Board was approved at Accreditation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
